A Note From Mrs. Di Brico

Playing an instrument in school is a wonderful opportunity and I am so pleased that you have chosen a string instrument in orchestra!  I began violin in 4th grade and teach orchestra today because instrumental music study continues to add such enjoyment to my life!  I hope you will find just as much joy as you continue to learn your instrument.

Violin, Viola, Cello or Bass – whatever your instrument – all have both fun and challenge to offer!  Hard work in school lessons/rehearsals and regular practice at home are the keys to having the most positive experience in orchestra.  First and foremost, I hope that studying your string instrument adds something special to your life that follows you for years to come.
