"FUN"-due 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup turkey breast or ham, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1/2 cup cheddar, provolone, American or Monterey Jack cheese, cut into bite-size cubes
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 2 stalks celery, cut into sticks
  • 3 tablespoons salsa and 3 tablespoons ranch dressing, mixed together
Preparation:

Pack all the different components into separate airtight containers or sealable plastic bags and place in your child’s lunchbox. For dipping, its easiest if the salsa/ranch mixture is in a bowl-shaped airtight container.

When it’s time for lunch, your child can dip all the different components in the dressing. Yum-o!
