Fuji Apples and Peanutbuttery Caramel Dip
Ingredients:
24 wrapped caramel candies
2 fuji apples
2T. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1c. plus 1T. water
2T. creamy peanut butter
pinch of cinnamon
1. Quarter the apples and remove seeds.
2. Squirt the lemon juice into a bowl with 1c. water. Put the apples into this liquid and then drain.
2. Unwrap the caramels and place in a bowl. To the bowl, add 1T. water and the peanut butter.
3. Microwave 2 minutes and stir. Continue microwaving unti smooth. Add a pinch of cinnamon.
4. To serve, dip the apples in the caramel.
