Fruit and Veggie Kebobs

Fruit Kebobs

Ingredients:

  • 6 lollipop sticks (available at AC Moore)
  • 1 cored fresh pineapple
  • seedless grapes
  • large strawberries, hulled (remove the greens with a small paring knife)
Preparation

Cut fruit into bite-size pieces and layer onto each stick.  You can even pattern the fruits on the sticks!  Send some flavored yogurt along for dipping!

 

Veggie Kebobs-Follow the recipe above substituting your favorite raw veggies!  Send some dressing along for dipping!
