Play Doh Recipe

1 cup flour

1/2 cup salt

2 teaspoons cream of tartar

1 cup water with preferred color food coloring

1 tablespoon oil

Mix all ingredients. Cook over medium heat until it forms into a ball and becomes translucent. Knead dough. Store in a plastic covered bowl in the refrigerator.
