Chicken Toes
Ingredients:
1 cup Corn Flakes, crushed
1 cup bread crumbs
2T. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
3T. vegetable oil
1/3c. flour
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 pounds chicken, cut int 2 inch pieces
1/4c. honey mustard
1/4c. barbecue sauce
1. Preheat the oven to 350.
2. Combine Corn Flakes, bread crumbs, brown sugar, and salt. Drizzle on the oil.
3. Dredge chicken pieces into flour, then egg, then the bread crumb mixture. Arrange on a nonstick cookie sheet.
4. Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
5. Mix together the honey mustard and barbecue sauce. This is your dipping sauce.
