White Chocolate Brownies!

White Chocolate Brownies!

 Preheat oven to 325 degrees. 

Line a 9x13 pan with nonstick foil. 

In a double boiler, melt:

                            10 ounces white chocolate

                             2 sticks butter

Once smooth, add:

                            1 1/4c. sugar

                             4 eggs

                             1T. vanilla

Add: 2 cups flour

         1/2 tsp. salt

Stir quickly just until mixed.  Pour into pan.  Bake approx. 35 minutes until golden brown.  Cool to room temperature.  Refrigerate at least 3 hours and cut into squares.
