Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients:
1 1/2 sticks butter at room temp.
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 extra large eggs at room temp.
1/1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 cup milk
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
2 half pints blueberries

Instructions:
Prepare muffin tins with liners.

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy about 5 min. Add eggs one at a time.  Add vanilla, sour cream and milk.

Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and add to butter mixture until mixed. Fold in blueberries. Scoop in prepare muffin tin.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven.
Makes 16 muffins.
