5 Minute Fudge

Ingredients:

softened butter for the pan

2c. semisweet chips

1 1/2c. butterscotch chips

14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

2 boxes raisins

8 ounces walnuts (optional)

 

1.  Grease an 8 inch cake pan with the butter. 

2.  Pour chips and condensed milk in a pot and cook on low. 

3.  Cover the empty milk can with plastic and place in center of cake pan.  

4.  Stir chips and milk until combined.  Remove from heat and stir in raisins and nuts. 

5.  Scoop the fudge into the pan all around the can so the fudge forms a ring.  Chill until firm and then remove the can. 

6.  Store in the fridge.  Yum-o!
